What are Colored Edges?
Colored Edges, also referred to as Edge Finishing, are an add-on feature where ink is applied to the edge of your product. Available in 3 types: Custom (CMYK/Pantone), Fluorescent, Foil; the addition of an edge color will make your prints more stylish and definitely stand out from the rest. These are perfect for business cards or beautiful wedding invitations!
How many color options are available for Colored Edges
Selected color will be applied to all four edges of the printed pieces，I mean PMS spot color.In addition, we have more than 100 foils, which can meet almost all your color requirements
What is the difference between Foiled Edges and Colored Edges?
The main difference between our Foiled Edges and Colored Edges is that the latter uses ink, and the former uses actual foil material.
Foiled Edges offer true metallic colors that are reflective and shiny. Available colors are silver, gold, copper, black, rose gold , bronze and others.
Colored Edges are a bit more flat, but are offer a wider range of colors. You may supply a Custom (CMYK/Pantone) or choose from a selection of Fluorescent and Metallic colors.

Important Artwork Notice!
- Colors may bleed SLIGHTLY to the surface of the cards, this is most apparent on WHITE cards.
- Large quantity orders and/or multiple sets may result in minor variances to the edge color.
- Edge Painting is not an exact science. There may be slight variations from any samples
- Custom Colors: For Custom Colors, we do our best to match a CMYK value or PMS, but cannot guarantee an exact match. Also, we cannot match specialty Pantone colors, such as neons, fluorescents, metallics
- Your design might slightly change the way the edge color turns out. This will be more noticeable with dark and light color backgrounds. We recommend having a solid background color. This difference will be more noticeable when the cards are stacked, but less noticeable once you hold up an individual card by itself
